$1,000.00 – Corporate Member

A Corporation Member shall mean a business or other organization that pays annual dues of $1,000 per fiscal year, or such other amount as set by the Board on an annual basis, or which makes a single, lump sum contribution of such amount or more to the Corporation and requests that it be applied to membership. A Corporate Member shall designate one member of the organization to exercise the privileges of membership and shall be entitled to one vote at the annual membership meeting.
